Shipping and Return Policy


Please allow 3-5 business days for domestic and 7-20 days for international items to arrive. Items may arrive in different packages.

In the event you receive a defective item, please take pictures and contact us at within 3 days of receipt of your items with the order number in the subject line or included in the email. Under these circumstances, the exact same item will be replaced or if it is no longer available you will be offered a store credit for the same value as the damaged item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and show no signs of alteration. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

If you never receive your items , please contact us. We will do all that we can on our end to track and be sure your items arrive to you. If it is determined that the items are lost, you will be offered a full refund.

Shipping charges are NON-Refundable! So please be sure that the correct mailing address (including zip code, apt/suite #) is entered at checkout. We will not be responsible for any packages that are returned due to an invalid/incorrect address.
